The project will provide more than 30 sets of advanced dust and waste gas treatment equipment, covering the whole process of the foundry industry, including intermediate frequency furnace melting, casting, cooling, unpacking, vibrating sand shakeout, pouring and cutting, grinding, sand regeneration treatment and other links, with a total air volume of 4.185 million cubic meters per hour. The total contract amount is as high as more than 5,000 yuan, and the project aims to significantly reduce the dust and exhaust gas emissions in the production process through leading dust removal and waste gas treatment technology, and ensure that the production environment fully meets the national environmental protection standards.

Among them, the intermediate frequency furnace melting area adopts a circular bag dust collector to ensure efficient dust removal. The casting and cooling zone adopts pre-filter + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion process to effectively treat organic waste gas. Flat bag dust collectors and filter cartridge dust collectors are used in the unpacking area, grinding area, gate riser cutting area and other areas to ensure that the dust concentration is ≤ 10mg/m³ and the post dust concentration is ≤ 5mg/m³.
