The Singapore International Water Week (SIWW WATER EXPO 2024) grandly opened on June 19th. As one of the world's premier platforms, the biennial Singapore International Water Week brings together thought leaders, experts, and practitioners from governments, cities, utilities, and industries to share knowledge and best practices on innovative water, coastal, and flood solutions, and to establish partnerships to address urban water and related climate challenges, jointly shaping a new future for global water resource governance.




Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection participated in its first overseas exhibition since the pandemic. Guo Fang, Vice Minister of China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment, visited the Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection booth at the Singapore International Water Week. She highly affirmed and encouraged the company's "going global" efforts, urging Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection to actively explore the international path in the environmental protection industry, accelerate integration into local cultures according to specific conditions, and strive to develop the international market. Guo Chengzhan, President of the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, and Chai Tian, Secretary General of the Hunan Association of Environmental Protection Industry, also visited the booth for research and guidance. Vice President Yu Chunyan participated in the exhibition.
Actively responding to national strategies such as "going global" and the "Belt and Road" initiative, Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection aims to venture overseas with exquisite technology, mature products, and high-quality services, gradually embracing the wave of internationalization. With the implementation of the "Belt and Road" policy, domestic environmental protection companies are progressively targeting the global market and rapidly penetrating the international environmental protection sector.

It is reported that this edition of the Water Expo showcases the latest urban water supply technologies, innovations, and solutions for municipal and industrial water users in Southeast Asia. SIWW2024 is co-hosted by Singapore's Public Utilities Board, Singapore's National Water Agency, and Singapore's Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment. Core themes include climate mitigation, water sustainability, zero emissions and decarbonization, resource circulation, digitalization, and new pillars for adapting to climate change. These will be prominently highlighted through SIWW's flagship events, including the Lee Kuan Yew Water Prize, Leaders' Roundtable and Summit, Water Convention, and Water Expo.
