Chenzhou Kitchen Waste Harmless Disposal Project

This project is located in Suoxian District, Chenzhou City, covering an area of 42.72 mu. The recent construction scale is 180 tons per day, and the total long-term scale is 360 tons per day. The project process adopts the process route of "pretreatment + mesophilic anaerobic digestion + biogas power generation". The treatment process for gutter oil adopts the "pretreatment + three-phase centrifugal" process route. The biogas residue is transported to the Chenzhou Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant for co-incineration after two-phase centrifugal dewatering. The biogas liquid is treated by "A0+ sand filtration + Fenton" to meet the third-level standard of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996). The products are industrial oil and biogas. This project is an important livelihood project. The stable operation of the project can effectively prevent 潲水 pigs and gutter oil from flowing back to the dining table, providing a guarantee for the food safety and health of citizens, and has a good promoting effect on the construction of a civilized city in Chenzhou city.
