The "Yunmeng Model" is the first county-wide comprehensive environmental governance project of Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection that adopts a full-region, all-round, full-process and full-cycle service model. The specific content includes the design, construction and operation of 10 township sewage treatment plants and supporting pipeline projects in Yunmeng County, the black and odorous water body treatment project of Xidaqu, and the county-wide garbage collection and transportation system. The Yunmeng model has broken through the traditional domestic governance model, enhanced the efficiency of environmental governance, and provided new ideas for comprehensive environmental governance in counties. It has been highly recognized by governments at all levels, including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Hubei Provincial Government, and the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
