The Shenghai Sewage Treatment Plant of Guanyun Project is a entrusted operation project taken over by Aerospace Kaitian in April 2021. It is located at No. 1, Weiwu Road, Lingang Industrial Zone, Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, covering an area of 134 mu. Its main function is to treat sewage from the dye, pharmaceutical and papermaking industries in the park. Both the dye and pharmaceutical industries are highly polluting sectors. Their wastewater is characterized by high treatment difficulty and frequent changes in water quality. With the adjustment of operation process management, stable production operation has been achieved, and 100% compliance with discharge standards has been realized. The sewage treatment capacity is 20,000 tons per day, and the main effluent quality is stably meeting the requirements of Grade A of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).
With the government's strategic deployment of "industrializing the district and strengthening the district through industries" in 2023 and the in-depth advancement of investment promotion in the park, the Lianyungang Alkali Industry Relocation and Upgrading Project, with a total investment of 5.8 billion yuan, and the Jia 'ao Bio-jet fuel project, with a total investment of 7.6 billion yuan, aim to have 37 projects with an annual investment of over 100 million yuan. The Shenghai Sewage Treatment Plant of Guanyun Project will become the radiation point of Aerospace Kaitian's development layout in the Yangtze River Delta and a key force in promoting regional economic development.
