This project adopts a "local + overall" collaborative governance model, deploys 314 high-efficiency dust removal units, and innovatively applies intelligent capture technologies such as mobile/rotating/telescopic top suction hoods and welding workrooms to precisely collect welding fumes from robots. By establishing a dual purification system of "primary dust removal at robot points + secondary ventilation in the factory building", combined with CFD flow field optimization and intelligent control system, stratified air supply and energy-saving operation are achieved. After the treatment, the smoke and dust concentration at the workshop positions was stably controlled at ≤2mg/m³, which was lower than the national standard requirement of 4mg/m³. The air cleanliness, freshness and other indicators comprehensively exceeded the national and local standards of Shanxi. The project has been highly recognized by the client for its remarkable achievements. It successfully signed the overall ventilation and dust removal project for the Taiyuan Heavy Industry forklift workshop and the supporting treatment project for multiple production lines, creating a demonstration effect.
