Deeply cultivated in the field of technology, innovation has been fruitful

Since graduating from university in 1998, Comrade Liu Hua has devoted himself to the field of technology. After joining Kaitian Environmental Protection in 2011, she has always adhered to the front line of scientific and technological innovation, taking project design, innovative application, technical support and after-sales problem solving as the core of her daily work. Under her leadership, the company has successfully completed the design and implementation of more than 400 dust removal projects, which are widely used in Handan, Yangjiang Xinxing Cast Pipe, Yizhong, Fengbao Pipe, Hengyang Steel Pipe and other foundry industries.

In 2023, under the leadership of Mr. Cai, the technical leader of the potash fertilizer development industry, Comrade Liu Hua, as a core member of the team, actively participated in and promoted the research and development of new potash drying and high-temperature tail gas dust removal and powder recovery equipment. It has successfully solved the problems of system condensation, box corrosion, bag blockage, etc., and achieved ultra-low emissions of less than 30mg/m³. The successful application of this technology in Xinjiang Luo Potassium 1#-5# potash fertilizer drying line has made the annual recovery of potash fertilizer more than 2,000 tons, and the total recovery economic benefit is as high as tens of millions of yuan. The technology has also been widely used in the 1#, 2#, and 4# potash drying line dust removal projects in Qinghai, and is expected to bring more significant economic benefits after completion.

Equipment innovation drives technological progress

In terms of equipment innovation, Comrade Liu Hua designed and developed explosion-proof filter cartridges and explosion-proof activated carbon purifiers, and successfully obtained explosion-proof certification. She also led the development of new equipment such as large-scale plastic sintered board dust collectors, up-to-down/down-to-back integrated treatment machines, electrostatic oil mist purifiers, cigarette workbenches, and barbecue dust removal integrated workbenches. In addition, she also actively participated in and completed the compilation of the company's enterprise standards such as "Filter Cartridge Dust Collector" and "Pulse Round Bag Dust Collector", and made important contributions to the company's technological innovation and standardization construction.

Forge ahead and pass the torch from generation to generation

After 14 years in the company, Liu Hua has led five apprentices, from graduation to now taking charge alone, every apprentice is Liu Hua's hard work, talking about the work plan for 2025, Liu Hua said, "Root downward, grow upward, send a few more special L; To keep up with the excellent, to become excellent, will continue to work hard to bring out more excellent technical backbone."
