Product Description
Aerospace Integrated Container employs our proprietary RAAO-MFBR™ (Moving-Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor) process—a complete upgrade of the conventional RAAO (reverse A²/O: anoxic-anaerobic-oxic) system. By seamlessly integrating Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor (FBBR) technologies, MFBR™ overcomes the persistent challenge of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in rural and township wastewaters that feature low C/N ratios.
Inside the aerobic zone, both fluidized and fixed carriers are installed, combining the advantages of activated-sludge, traditional fluidized-bed and fixed bio-contact oxidation processes. The technology has been engineered into a fully containerized MFBR package, featuring clearly separated multi-stage anoxic, multi-stage anaerobic and MFBR aerobic zones that maximize nutrient removal. This development has been successfully commercialized as our flagship product line—the Aerospace Tank and Aerospace Integrated Container.
The MFBR process and its integrated units have been officially rated as “Domestically Leading.” To date, more than 100 sets have been delivered, delivering a total treatment capacity of 20,000 m³/d and generating sales revenue exceeding RMB 100 million. Installations are operating in township projects across Chaling (Hunan), Yushan (Jiangxi), Lianyungang and Pizhou (Jiangsu), and Suzhou (Anhui), consistently earning high praise from owners.
