KTJZ series centralized smoke and dust purifier

This device enhances the safety performance of the purifier in filtering smoke and dust. Its structure consists of two parts: the preprocessor in the front stage and the high-efficiency smoke and dust filtration device in the back stage. Before the smoke and dust generated during the welding and cutting processes enter the high-efficiency filter main unit through the pipeline, they first enter the preprocessor. Integrated "Zeolite Rotary Wheel + Catalytic Combustion" Device

The integrated "zeolite rotor + catalytic combustion" unit adopts imported molecular sieve rotor concentration and precious metal catalytic combustion technology. First, it removes particulate matter such as paint mist and dust through physical interception. Then, the waste gas is adsorbed and concentrated by the zeolite rotor. The adsorption material is regenerated through the desorption and purification module. The desorbed waste gas enters the catalytic combustion module, and finally, the purified gas is discharged to meet the standards. Resource-Oriented Food Waste Treatment Equipment

The supporting motors, water pumps, fans, valves, and electrical components are all made of high-quality equipment and materials. The core component is the enclosed roller fermentation tank, which quickly and efficiently converts livestock manure into organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer produced meets the national standard NY525-2021, minimizing the environmental impact of livestock manure and the fermentation time of organic fertilizer, creating greater economic benefits for customers. Thermal Pyrolysis Technology for Organic Waste

This system utilizes a "low-oxygen pyrolysis + flue gas incineration + waste heat recovery" process for the industrial-scale comprehensive utilization of organic matter. Organic matter undergoes pyrolysis under low-oxygen conditions, producing combustible pyrolysis gas. This gas is then efficiently incinerated at high temperatures in a combustion furnace. The heat generated during incineration is recycled internally through heat conduction, effectively reducing the need for external fuel and lowering operating costs. The pyrolysis gas undergoes complete combustion at >850℃ with a residence time of >2s, ensuring that the exhaust gas meets emission standards. The system operates continuously with a negative pressure to ensure operational safety.

A20-Mbbr Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment

The A20-MBBR integrated wastewater treatment equipment for domestic sewage consists of anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, sedimentation tank, and filtration tank. Based on the traditional A20 process, special MBBR filler is added to the aerobic tank to enhance the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal; at the same time, according to the effluent requirements, a deep filtration tank can be integrated to effectively improve the wastewater treatment effect, and the effluent meets the Class A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).

A20-Mbr Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment

The equipment adopts A20-MBR technology, a new type of water treatment technology combining activated sludge process and membrane separation technology. Wastewater successively passes through anaerobic tank, anoxic-aerobic tank, membrane tank and clear water tank, which can effectively remove pollutants such as BOD, COD, NH3-N, TN, TP, and SS in wastewater. Membrane modules are installed in the membrane tank to filter the wastewater, which is conducive to improving the sludge concentration, shortening the hydraulic retention time, and improving the treatment efficiency. The effluent meets the Class A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment" (GB18918-2002).

A30-Mbbr Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment

The A3O-MBBR integrated wastewater treatment equipment consists of pre-anoxic tank, anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, sedimentation tank and deep filtration tank, which can effectively remove pollutants such as BOD, COD, NH4-N, TN, TP, and SS in wastewater. The pre-anoxic tank is used for pre-denitrification to solve the problem of phosphorus exceeding the standard, and the built-in sedimentation tank and deep filtration tank improve the effluent quality, meeting the Class A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).

The equipment adopts IMFR technology (Independent Microbial Filtration technology), an improved technology for traditional activated sludge technology. The process cultivates specialized strains through independent microbial culture, with advantages of high processing efficiency and strong shock resistance. Buried A20 Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment

The buried A20 integrated wastewater treatment equipment consists of anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, and sedimentation tank. Based on the traditional A20 process, the addition of special MBBR filler to the aerobic tank enhances the effect of ammonia removal and phosphorus removal; the buried design effectively saves land use, and the garden-style layout is more conducive to the surrounding environment. Integrated Food Wastewater Treatment Equipment

The integrated food wastewater treatment equipment integrates a flotation unit and a biological treatment unit. Food wastewater first passes through the flotation unit, where flocculants and coagulants are added to the wastewater, and measures such as flotation and sedimentation are used to remove some organic pollutants such as animal and vegetable oils and insoluble impurities from the wastewater, reducing the load on subsequent biological treatment; then it enters the biological treatment unit for further treatment to remove pollutants such as COD, BOD, and SS from the wastewater. The effluent meets the Class III standard of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996) or relevant standards.

Micro-Charge High-Speed Flotation Equipment

Micro-charge high-speed dissolved air flotation equipment is a highly efficient water treatment device, specially designed for flotation processes. Its core is the integrated water distribution and collection module, which evenly distributes the dissolved air water and influent after mixing in the main pipe to the water distribution area. The separation area uses an inclined plate forced separation module to guide the upward flow of water, allowing heavier impurities to settle into the sludge hopper, while lighter oils and suspended solids combine with micro-nano bubbles and rise to the top to form scum, which is collected by a scum removal device. The clarified water then enters the water collection chamber through the water collection plate and is finally collected in the water collection area for discharge. This equipment has a compact structure and high efficiency, and is widely used in municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment, and water body restoration.
