Product Introduction
This device enhances the safety performance of the purifier in filtering smoke and dust. Its structure consists of two parts: the preprocessor in the front stage and the high-efficiency smoke and dust filtration device in the back stage. Before the smoke and dust generated during the welding and cutting processes enter the high-efficiency filter main unit through the pipeline, they first enter the preprocessor. Inside the preprocessor, a strong rotational separation occurs, allowing sparks and large particle dust to be separated from the smoke and dust, preventing sparks from entering the filter cartridge area and causing equipment fires. The separated smoke and dust then enter the high-efficiency filter main unit, reducing the inlet concentration. The filtration efficiency of the high-efficiency filtration host has been improved, and the service life of the filter material has been significantly prolonged.
