Application conditions
Polyester coated filter cartridge is the most commonly used filter cartridge, suitable for filtering smoke and dust from cutting, welding, polishing, casting, machining, cement industry, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.
Anti static and flame-retardant filter cartridge
Product Introduction
The cartaridge is made of polyester and flame-retardant coating, after special process improvement, it can preventthe filter cartaridge from combustion that caused by saprks generated in the flue gas. Without affects the air permeability,a thin layer of conductive aluminum foil or a blend of polyester fiber and carbon fiber membrane can be coated on the surface of the filteravoid electrostatic ignition,dust combustion or explosion, and also to avoid dust adhesion caused by electrostatic attraction. It is applicable to dust removal working conditions that are prone to static electricity generation, flammability and explosion.
Performance features
- The surface of the filter material is covered with conductive aluminum film, stainless steel metal fiber wire, or implanted carbon fiber to achieve conductivity.
- Compatibal with different filter materials, such as a blend of polyester fiber and carbon fiber to maintain good air permeability.
- Anti-static function helps to avoid the generation of sparks in working processs that are prone to static electricity.
- Flame retardant performance will not support combustion in working environments with fire sources,helps to improve safety.
- The anti-static filter cartridge has good air permeability, which gives it a large filtration area and low operating resistance.
- Anti static filter cartridges typically operate in high-temperature environments and can withstand temperatures up to 130 ℃.
