This product focuses on the field of county-level municipal solid waste incineration, with a processing capacity ranging from 30 to 200 tons/day, suitable for the waste disposal needs of counties with populations ranging from 30,000 to 350,000. The system utilizes a miniaturized municipal solid waste incineration technology system independently developed by Aerospace Kaitai. The core process chain includes: mechanical grate furnace incineration system, waste heat recovery device, SNCR in-furnace denitrification technology, rapid cooling desulfurization tower, dry powder and activated carbon co-injection system, and bag filter dust removal equipment. Through high-temperature incineration, the volume reduction rate of waste can reach over 90%, and after the flue gas undergoes full-process purification treatment, harmless emissions are achieved; the waste heat generated by incineration is efficiently recovered through a heat exchange system, which can meet the needs of regional central heating or power generation, constructing a three-in-one county-level solid waste treatment solution of "reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization." This technology system features miniaturized and integrated equipment design, low operation and maintenance costs, and strong environmental friendliness, providing a replicable engineering example for the low-carbon treatment of county-level municipal solid waste.
