The core process chain includes: mechanical grate furnace incineration system, waste heat recovery device, SNCR in-furnace denitrification technology, rapid cooling desulfurization tower, dry powder and activated carbon co-injection system, and bag filter dust removal equipment. Through high-temperature incineration, the volume reduction rate of waste can reach over 90%, and after the flue gas undergoes full-process purification treatment, harmless emissions are achieved; the waste heat generated by incineration is efficiently recovered through a heat exchange system, which can meet the needs of regional central heating or power generation, constructing a three-in-one county-level solid waste treatment solution of "reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization."
