Equipment Introduction
The A20-MBBR integrated wastewater treatment equipment for domestic sewage consists of anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, sedimentation tank, and filtration tank. Based on the traditional A20 process, special MBBR filler is added to the aerobic tank to enhance the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal; at the same time, according to the effluent requirements, a deep filtration tank can be integrated to effectively improve the wastewater treatment effect, and the effluent meets the Class A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).
With its excellent performance, the A20-MBBR integrated wastewater treatment equipment's mobile bed biofilm reactor won the third prize of Hunan Patent Award in 2021; in 2022, it was awarded the advanced technology of environmental protection in Hunan Province, fully demonstrating its leading position in the field of wastewater treatment.
