Equipment Introduction
The IMT intelligent exhaust gas treatment equipment mainly consists of a pretreatment module, a photocatalytic module, and an adsorption purification module. It can be used for exhaust gas treatment in industries such as car 4S shop repair, paint spraying workshops, and small ink and printing workshops. It features high exhaust gas removal efficiency, stable equipment operation, small footprint, simple operation, low labor input cost, modular design, and short delivery cycle.
Process Principle
The system adopts a combined purification process of "pretreatment + photocatalytic oxidation + activated carbon adsorption". According to the actual on-site operating conditions, the combined process is flexibly set. After the paint mist is removed by the paint mist filtration pretreatment, the photocatalytic module is used to oxidize and decompose the exhaust gas. According to the exhaust gas concentration data measured by the exhaust gas concentration detector set after the photocatalytic module, the adsorption purification module is flexibly activated for further secondary purification, ultimately achieving the purpose of economically and efficiently treating exhaust gas.
