Equipment Introduction
The new energy battery wastewater treatment equipment integrates Fenton, flocculation and biochemical integrated equipment. This equipment can easily address the problems of high organic matter concentration, poor biodegradability and complex water quality in the wastewater from new energy batteries. The effluent quality meets the indirect discharge limits in Table 2 of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry" (GB30484-2013).
- The Fenton treatment unit removes refractory organic matter and enhances the biodegradability of wastewater.
- The flocculation and sedimentation unit adds PAC and PAM chemicals to carry out coagulation and sedimentation to remove suspended solids and colloids and other substances in the sewage.
- The biochemical treatment unit utilizes microorganisms to further treat sewage.
