Product Description
1. Its operating principle is as follows: the influent enters through a central distribution cylinder and flows radially toward the peripheral overflow troughs of the tank.
2. As the flow velocity decreases, suspended solids in the water gradually settle to the bottom of the tank, while the clarified supernatant overflows through weirs into the outlet channel and is discharged from the system.
3.Driven by a reducer and a suspended transmission unit, scraper blades collect the settled sludge from the tank bottom and guide it toward the central sludge collection hopper. The concentrated sludge is then discharged either by static water pressure or pumping.
The design features central inlet and sludge discharge with peripheral water outlet, ensuring uniform flow distribution throughout the tank and improving sedimentation efficiency. The sludge discharge is achieved through a self-siphoning mechanism based on liquid level difference, offering a simple structure, stable operation, and convenient maintenance.
