Product Description
Ceramic flat-sheet membranes have greater advantages in treating petrochemical wastewater, coal chemical wastewater, kitchen wastewater, papermaking wastewater, landfill leachate, reclaimed water reuse, municipal sewage, tap water, etc., and are more cost-effective throughout their entire life cycle.
Product Introduction
This product is made from solid waste such as fly ash and gasification slag. It solves the problems of high sintering temperature and energy consumption, and high preparation cost of conventional alumina ceramic membranes. It also solves the problem of poor performance of organic membranes in high-temperature, acid-base, organic solvent, and mechanical strength demanding extreme working conditions. It has high flux, long service life, easy cleaning, high mechanical strength, acid resistance, alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, organic solvent resistance , oxidation resistance, and good wear resistance.
This product not only has the advantages of inexpensive and readily available raw materials, low sintering temperature, and lower cost, but also its performance is comparable to ceramic membranes made of alumina materials, and the price is lower. It achieves a 53.5% reduction in raw material cost, a 200-250℃ reduction in sintering temperature, a 30.6% reduction in fuel cost, and a 46.7% reduction in unit manufacturing cost. Moreover, it has a longer service life and stronger pollution resistance than organic membranes, and has a higher cost-effectiveness throughout its life cycle, giving it a greater competitive advantage.

Product Advantages
- High Flux: More than twice that of organic membrane materials.
- Good Anti-pollution and Regeneration Performance: The membrane surface is smooth, hydrophilic, and easy to clean, and the initial flux can be fully restored.
- High Mechanical Strength: High strength and high reliability due to high-temperature firing.
- Good Chemical Stability: Wide range of applications, with oil resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, organic solvent resistance, oxidation resistance, and good wear resistance.
- Long Service Life: 3-5 times that of organic membranes. Ceramic membranes have higher cost-effectiveness over their entire life cycle compared to organic membranes. They are also more suitable for non-degradable applications, small and medium-sized wastewater treatment plants, and self-maintenance projects.
- Green and Environmentally Friendly: Recyclable, green throughout its life cycle.
- Simple Pretreatment: Using ceramic flat sheet membranes simplifies pretreatment processes.
- Easy Replacement: Simple replacement of membrane sheets and membrane modules.
