It is mainly composed of a spray tank, a heating reactor, and a water tank, using a vertical structure. It has a built-in rotary slag cleaner, long lifespan, low energy consumption, good treatment effect, and lightweight features. It is mainly used to treat special gases produced in the semiconductor industry, with a waste gas removal efficiency ≥98%.
With its outstanding innovation, practicality, and environmental value, this equipment stood out in the Second Guizhou Industrial Design Competition and won the Excellence Award.
