Equipment Introduction
The system adopts a monolithic modular design. The equipment can be reasonably matched according to the breeding site and scale. The system mainly includes modular aquaculture ponds, aeration and oxygen supply systems, circulating water treatment systems, intelligent operation systems, and temperature control systems.
By adopting a combined technology of pretreatment, multi-stage biochemical method, deep filtration and disinfection and oxygenation treatment, an integrated treatment technology and equipment for aquaculture circulating water has been developed, achieving the recycling of aquaculture water. The system has low operating costs, high treatment efficiency, and stable circulating water quality, fully meeting the requirements of aquaculture circulation. At the same time, it ensures that the effluent quality of the later discharged tail water meets the requirements of SS≤40mg/L, COD≤15mg/L, TN≤3mg/L, TP≤0.4mg/L, and PH6~9.
