Equipment Introduction

Regenerative thermal oxidizer equipment uses honeycomb ceramic heat storage as the core material. Organic waste gas is first preheated through the heat storage chamber, then enters the oxidation chamber and is heated to around 800°C, causing the VOCs in the waste gas to oxidize and decompose into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature gas after oxidation purification is then heat-exchanged through the next heat storage chamber, and finally enters the waste heat recovery device and is discharged through the flue gas treatment system to meet the standards. This equipment has the characteristics of low energy consumption, wide applicability, high purification efficiency (≥98%), safety, and reliable performance, and is used for VOCs organic waste gas treatment in petrochemical, printing, canning, chemical, pharmaceutical, spraying, electronics, and semiconductor industries.
