Product Description

The operational process is as follows:

1. Wastewater first enters the screen chamber equipped with a built-in bar screen, where large suspended particles and debris are intercepted and removed.

2. The water then flows into the reaction unit, where enhanced coagulation and flocculation processes take place. In this stage, pollutants in the water are mixed with chemical reagents and sand-like carriers to form uniform and dense flocs.

3. Subsequently, the flocculated water enters the clarifier, where rapid solid-liquid separation occurs under gravity.

4. The clarified effluent rises to the collection troughs and is directed to subsequent treatment units, while the settled flocs are concentrated into sludge and pumped to the solids recovery system for carrier recycling.

This system offers high treatment efficiency, excellent effluent quality, and stable operation. It is suitable for both pretreatment and advanced treatment applications in municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment.
