The three-chamber preparation plants

The three-chamber preparation plants

The three-chamber preparation plants is an automatic chemical preparation unit designed to fully dissolve solid powder chemicals and prepare them into uniformly mixed solutions at a specified concentration. This equipment is widely used in various industrial processes, including water supply treatment, wastewater treatment, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and papermaking.

Product Description

The system completes the dissolution and preparation process in three interconnected solution tanks. Through a specially designed connection structure and flow path between the tanks, the powder material is ensured sufficient dissolution time in each stage, resulting in stable and uniform solution concentration. This design effectively prevents any direct passage between the pre-dissolution tank and the final solution tank, avoiding the entry of undissolved particles into the finished product.

The entire system is automatically controlled by an intelligent electrical control panel, which is connected to a level sensor installed on the final solution tank. When the liquid level drops to the "low-level" point, the sensor triggers the solenoid valve to open and starts the powder feeder. The amount of dry powder added is precisely controlled based on the water flow rate and desired concentration, ensuring accurate solution preparation. When the liquid reaches the "high-level" point, the system automatically stops. During operation, the agitator runs continuously and continues to operate for an additional 45–60 minutes after the dosing cycle ends, ensuring thorough mixing of the solution.
