Project Introduction
The design scale of this project is 1,200 tons per day. The wastewater mainly contains antibodies, ADCs, polypeptides, etc. (Wastewater from fermentation, washing, chromatography, coupling, etc. generated during the production process of the original drug). It is characterized by high COD concentration, high ammonia nitrogen, high salt content and biological toxicity. In accordance with the principle of classified collection and differentiated treatment, the wastewater is discharged into the pipeline after treatment. The effluent quality complies with the indirect discharge standards stipulated in the local "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Biopharmaceutical Industry" DB33/923-2014 of Zhejiang Province, and the designed effluent must meet the internal control standards: COD ≤ 300mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ≤ 15mg/L.
The sewage treatment adopts a combined process mainly composed of "inactivation + sodium hypochlorite alkaline hydrolysis oxidation + coagulation primary sedimentation tank + pre-acidification tank +EGSB reactor + two-stage AO tank + coagulation final sedimentation tank + ozone oxidation". The waste gas treatment adopts the process of "alkali spray + oxidation spray + water spray".
The sewage tank design of this project adopts an integrated workshop design, with a simple overall appearance, aiming to create a garden-style sewage treatment plant.
