The design scale of this project is 1,200 tons per day. The wastewater mainly contains antibodies, ADCs, polypeptides, etc. (Wastewater from fermentation, washing, chromatography, coupling, etc. generated during the production process of the original drug). It is characterized by high COD concentration, high ammonia nitrogen, high salt content and biological toxicity. In accordance with the principle of classified collection and differentiated treatment, the wastewater is discharged into the pipeline after treatment.

 

The sewage tank design of this project adopts an integrated workshop design, with a simple overall appearance.
