Hengshui Industrial New District is located in the Capital Economic Circle. The entire district is formed by integrating three provincial-level development zones: Hengshui Economic Development Zone, Northern Industrial Base, and Circular Economy Park. It has developed key industries such as modern food industry, brewing, and strategic emerging industries.

This project is one of the first batch of third-party governance pilot projects for industrial parks approved by four national ministries and commissions, and was selected as one of the first batch of typical cases by the National Development and Reform Commission. The total investment exceeds 300 million yuan. At present, the environmental planning of Hengshui Industrial New District, the environmental supervision platform project, and the "One plant, One Pipe" sewage treatment project have been implemented. The upgrading and renovation project of the sewage treatment plant in the circular park and the reclaimed water reuse project; The Fudong Sewage Treatment Plant and Reclaimed Water Reuse Project, the rubber Waste Gas Treatment Project of China Railway Construction Corporation's workshop (Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III), and other projects. After comprehensive improvement, the industrial wastewater, solid waste and industrial waste gas in this park have all been discharged up to standard.
