The project innovatively adopts a skid-mounted water treatment system, fully undertaking the daily high-load polymer flooding sewage treatment task of 7,000 cubic meters, achieving "zero interruption" in oilfield production and helping the client efficiently complete the renovation goals.

High-efficiency air flotation + electrostatic erosion + rotary bed filtration system: Rapidly separate oil stains and suspended solids to ensure clear effluent.
Intelligent dosing system: Precisely add coagulant agents to ensure uniform mixing, enhance the efficiency of pollutant separation and agent utilization;
Modular integrated design: Buffering, filtering, and external transmission integrated, with overall rapid deployment;
Automated process design: Continuous and stable operation around the clock, reducing the configuration of operation personnel.
