The Telmao waste gas treatment project has been restarted based on the successful experience of the first, second and third buildings. The owner has full trust in the technical strength. The project adopts a zoned treatment model: On the north side of the third phase, for complex organic waste gases such as cyclohexane, ethanol, and methanol, a new system with an air volume of 50,000 m³/h, namely "activated carbon adsorption + nitrogen desorption + three-stage condensation recovery", is innovatively configured to achieve solvent resource recovery. The solvent workshop adopts a dry filter with an air volume of 8,000 m³/h combined with a catalytic combustion process. Through precious metal catalysts, organic substances are efficiently converted into CO2 and H2O, achieving a purification efficiency of 98%, setting an industry benchmark. Both systems are integrated with intelligent control modules, equipped with remote monitoring platforms and automatic alarm devices, enabling unattended operation. The project continues Telmo's technological advantage of "one factory, one policy" in the field of VOCs treatment. Through innovative process combination, it not only ensures treatment efficiency but also reduces operational energy consumption, providing a reusable solution for waste gas treatment in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
