It aims to effectively treat various organic waste gases and chlorine-containing tail gases generated by the benzene chemical Industry Department and the Storage and Transportation Department through advanced catalytic oxidation and selective catalytic reduction 3 (SCR) technologies. The project mainly constructed two sets of waste gas treatment systems: the catalytic oxidation system (including SCR) and the SCR+RTO system for chlorinated tail gas. The catalytic oxidation system has a processing capacity of 20,000 Nm³/h, mainly dealing with VOCs components such as benzene, aniline, and nitrobenzene. After the exhaust gas undergoes catalytic oxidation and denitrification treatment, the NOx emission concentration is lower than 50mg/m³, and the VOCs concentration is lower than 10mg/m³. The SCR+RTO system for chlorine-containing exhaust gas has a treatment capacity of 24,500 Nm³/h. It first treats nitrogen oxide exhaust gas, and after SCR denitrification and subsequent regenerative combustion processes, it also meets strict emission standards. The annual operation time of the project is 8,000 hours, and it has an efficient and stable waste gas treatment capacity, significantly enhancing the environmental protection level of the enterprise.
