This project is aimed at the multi-process smoke and dust control in the foundry industry, integrating a dust removal system with a total air volume of 324,500 m³/ h. By designing differentiated smoke and dust collection devices, efficient collection at key dust-generating points such as resin sand treatment and iron mold sand coating casting was achieved, reducing the dust concentration in the workshop by 60%. Innovatively integrating cartridge dust removal, bag dust removal and cyclone pre-separation technology, a staged purification system is constructed, with the emission concentration lower than the national standard. The system is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation and intelligent pulse cleaning, reducing energy consumption by 30% and extending the service life of filter materials by 50%. The equipment adopts a quick-installation structure design, reducing maintenance time by 40%. It is simultaneously equipped with real-time monitoring of temperature and pressure difference as well as explosion venting protection, ensuring safe operation and providing a three-in-one solution of environmental protection, energy efficiency and safety for foundry enterprises.
