The Flue Gas Desulfurization and Dust Removal Project of a Certain Company of Huaxing Glass Group

CFB desulfurization + ceramic fiber tube denitrification and dust removal integrated technology

This project adopts an integrated process of high-temperature CFB desulfurization and ceramic fiber tube denitrification and dust removal. Design for flue gas treatment: Flue gas volume 90,000 Nm³/h. Flue gas outlet concentration requirements: SO2 concentration 35mg/Nm³, NOx concentration 100mg/Nm³, dust concentration 10mg/Nm³.

The advantages of this process over traditional ones are as follows: small land occupation, fewer equipment, less maintenance, simple system, high reaction temperature (300~350℃), stable system operation, and it is particularly suitable for the treatment of flue gas from high-temperature industrial kilns.
