The Ultra-Low Emission Retrofitting Project of Boiler Flue Gas for an 80mw Generator Set of a Certain Company Under Chuanwei Group

Calcium-based dry desulfurization technology

The flue gas volume of this project is 450,000 Nm³/h, and the calcium-based dry desulfurization process is adopted. The highly active calcium powder is conveyed to the desulfurization inlet flue through dilute phase transportation. The highly active calcium reacts with SO2 in the flue gas in the reactor to form the by-product calcium sulfate. The flue gas after desulfurization is collected by the bag filter, and the final flue gas all meets the ultra-low emission requirements.

This desulfurization process equipment has a simple flow, low construction and operation costs, and is particularly suitable for working conditions with small flue gas volume, low sulfur content and low temperature.
