The Scr Denitrification Project for the Flue Gas from the Head of the 360㎡ Sintering Machine of a Certain Company of Sansteel Group

Temperature-raising SCR denitration technology

For this project, a new SCR denitration device will be built for the flue gas from the 360 ㎡ sintering machine head, adopting a "one furnace, one set" layout. Denitrification is arranged after semi-dry desulfurization and dust removal, and the SCR denitrification process by heating method is adopted. The designed flue gas volume is 1,395,622 Nm³/h (wet basis), the flue gas temperature is 80~90℃, and the NOx concentration at the outlet is ≤ 35mg/Nm³ (dry standard, 16% oxygen).

Technical features: SCR denitrification is placed after desulfurization, with low concentrations of SO2 and dust, having a minor impact on the denitrification system. Through the heating of blast furnace gas and GGH heat exchange, the end difference temperature is small, and the operating cost is low.
