The Ultra-Low Emission Project of Flue Gas from 2×350mw Units of a Certain Company of Datang Group

Wet desulfurization + tower top wet electricity technology

For the desulfurization of the 2×350MW units in this project, two absorption towers are set up, and a scheme of one tray, five spray layers, two demisters and a wet electrostatic precipitator at the top of the tower is adopted. When the designed flue gas volume is 1180,000 NNM ³/h, the inlet SO2 concentration is 4770mg/Nm3, and the smoke dust concentration does not exceed 35mg/Nm³, the SO2 concentration emitted from the chimney is less than 28mg/Nm³, and the solid particulate matter concentration is less than 4mg/Nm³.

Technical features: It adopts the wet electric process at the top of the tower, occupies a small area, and has reliable performance. It is particularly suitable for projects with large variations in boiler load, high performance requirements, and narrow on-site space.
