Denitrification technology for flue gas from cement kilns

The flue gas volume of this project is 400,000 Nm³/h, and the medium-temperature and medium-dust process is adopted. The flue gas is drawn from the waste heat boiler behind the kiln and NOx is removed through the SCR system. The denitrified flue gas is then sent back to the inlet of the high-temperature fan. Under this working condition, the flue gas temperature is 200 to 220℃, and the dust content in the flue gas is approximately 70g/Nm³. In combination with the SNCR precise denitrification system, the NOx of the kiln can be reduced from 600mg/Nm³ to the ultra-low emission requirements. Technical features: Low investment and low operating costs; The reaction temperature is reasonable, and the dust content is significantly lower compared to the high-dust denitration system, which also has a notable improvement on the service life of the catalyst and the wear of the system.
