Integrated "Zeolite Rotary Wheel + Catalytic Combustion" Device
The integrated "zeolite rotor + catalytic combustion" unit adopts imported molecular sieve rotor concentration and precious metal catalytic combustion technology. First, it removes particulate matter such as paint mist and dust through physical interception. Then, the waste gas is adsorbed and concentrated by the zeolite rotor. The adsorption material is regenerated through the desorption and purification module. The desorbed waste gas enters the catalytic combustion module, and finally, the purified gas is discharged to meet the standards. This unit features a small footprint, stable treatment effect, and high waste heat utilization rate, suitable for waste gas treatment in industries such as electronics manufacturing, integrated circuits, automobiles, furniture, spraying, and printing.
